Specifications include, but are not limited to: providing Engineering Services for a City Project: Urban Signal Rehab; Conduct preliminary engineering and design engineering services for the Citywide Urban Signal Rehabilitation.; The Urban Signal Rehab project is expected to consist of the rehabilitation of traffic signals at 12 intersections across Grand Forks, ND. The project is likely to include, but not limited to, new conduit and cable, controller cabinets, video detection equipment, pedestrian push buttons, signal heads, signal poles and mast arms, and pole sandblasting and painting. It is anticipated that required services will include a scoping meeting, field review, preliminary survey, environmental documentation, utility coordination, public input process, possible right-of-way acquisition, preparation of plans, cost estimate, specifications, and preliminary shop drawing review
