Specifications include, but are not limited to: Information for a software solution that would allow DETR to create a Licensing and Regulatory Software Solution (LRSS) for the Commission on Postsecondary Education (CPE). This new LRSS will allow postsecondary institution applicants and licensees the ability to submit applications, update documents, receive in-system staff responses, and provide the public a database that is searchable for postsecondary licensee information. The LRSS system should also provide CPE staff the ability to perform work in a more efficient manner and automate processes. The software will also provide a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that is intuitive to today’s computer users for members of the public to successfully navigate the database to search for public records with little to no assistance from CPE staff. The new LRSS will be configurable and responsive to changing requirements, including new statutes.
