Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide the necessary professional staff or sub-consultants required to support the design including, but not limited to: Architectural Services, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, elevator systems if required, landscaping, traffic study/impacts, and all other related design elements for the project. • Develop and prepare the Educational Specifications of the new building in consultation with Sussex Tech staff. Submittal of the Educational Specifications to the Department of Education for review and approval. • Consult with key Sussex Tech staff to refine project/program requirements and key design considerations prior to the preparation of the schematic design documents. This includes meeting with all of the CTE teachers to discuss their ideal and acceptable learning environments. Submittal of Schematic Designs to the Sussex County Vocational Technical School District Board of Education and to the Department of Education for review and approval.
