Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1 Six (6) jet skis, ; 2.2.2 One (1) pontoon boat, ; 2.2.3 Ten (10) single seat kayaks,; 2.2.4 Ten (10) fishing kayaks, ; 2.2.5 Ten (10) two seat kayaks, ; 2.2.6 Ten (10) stand up paddle boards, ; 2.2.7 Ten (10) multi-person paddle boards, ; 2.2.8 Ten (10) knee boards, ; 2.2.9 Ten (10) youth kayaks, ; 2.2.10 Ten (10) youth stand-up paddleboards, and ; 2.2.11 Ten (10) water tubes. ; 2.3.1 CONCESSIONAIRE will have exclusive access to our southwest shores boat ramp in-between sites #26 and #27. ; 2.3.2 The vendor will be allowed to have ten (10) boat slips for summer rental to local boat owners provided insurance requirements are in place.; 2.3.3 CONCESSIONAIRE is allowed to have their boat dock in place for business season provided local boaters have access to (3) boat slips for boat launching/docking purposes when the boat ramp is open. ; 2.3.4 During low water levels when the ramp is closed, the CONCESSIONAIRE may use all boating slips to meet the needs of their business operation. South Fork State Recreation Area is not financially responsible for the maintenance of the CONCESSIONAIRE’S dock.; 2.3.5 All watercraft vessels capable of holding water must have the Aquatic Invasive Species sticker and necessary documentation.
