Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Master Agreement for Educational Carpets and Mats for use by Region 14 ESC and other public agencies supported under this contract. Region 14 ESC on behalf of itself and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Public Agency” or collectively “Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete line of Educational Carpets and Mats. Ø Carpets must meet NFPA Life Safety Code 101 specified as Class 1 Ø Please outline your compliance to Prop 65 Ø Please outline the wear warranty of the carpets Ø Please outline the sustainability of the carpets (i.e. environmentally friendly materials, or recycled content…) Ø Please outline the carpet backing Ø Please list the stain protection (specifically outlining care and cleaning) Ø Please outline typical shipping timelines Ø Please list where the carpet is manufactured
