Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pre-Employment Background Screening program for its prospective employees, which provides optimum service and cost effectiveness to the designated University component campuses. The University reserves the right to utilize its own staff/police departments and/or other vendors primarily for prospective student and/or temporary employees and other positions/situations deemed appropriate by the University. Respondents to provide any state mandated certifications for background checks for employment, or pre-employment. Certifications must encompass all and not limited to the following areas; * Social Security Number trace and 7 year criminal background screening (verifications to be done via court record searches) * Local and national criminal database search and sex offender * Federal criminal database search * Motor Vehicle Report * Education verification * Employment verification * Credit report * Professional license report
