Specifications include, but are not limited to: Terminal Building Modernization: includes replacement of lay-in ceilings, lighting, wall, and floor finishes throughout the portions of the Terminal Building that are accessible to the public. The existing public restrooms will be fully updated to meet ADA/TAS compliance (which includes plumbing fixtures, partitions, and tile replacement). The existing food/beverage service area and TSA entry portal are included in this modernization. The project also includes public art and led lighting features.; Terminal Building Electrical: includes replacement of outdated wiring, conduits, electrical panels, junction boxes, receptacles, and various other electrical components of the Terminal Building. This project will also include one fixed emergency generator for critical components of the Terminal Building.; Terminal Building Roof and HVAC: includes replacement of the existing roof system and HVAC system components.
