Specifications include, but are not limited to: Selective demolition of existing classroom space including, but not limitted to, concrete floor, raised floors, fixed furniture, gypsum wall board assemblies, mechanical, electrical, and data systems. 2. Construction of new stock trading classroom including, but not limited to, concrete floor infill, steel supports, fire rated glazing systems, gypsum wall board assemblies, wood paneling, acoustic ceiling systems, finishes, window shades, audio systems, display systems, clock systems, sprinkler system modifications, mechanical distribution system modifications, and modifications to electrical, tel/data, alarm system. 3. Associated demolition and construction as reqired to complete the work of the contract.
