Specifications include, but are not limited to: The first project will include the construction of a new SH-16 service interchange on I-84 and ramps connecting to Franklin Road. It will also include signals, stormwater basins, irrigation, widening of a portion of Franklin Road, and re-alignment of Flamingo Road south of I-84.; The second project connects Ustick Road to US-20/26 (Chinden Boulevard) and will include approximately 2.5 miles of concrete paving of a new 4-lane highway, one overpass, one bridge for SH-16 over Five Mile Creek, a pedestrian bridge over Five Mile Creek east of McDermott Road, a new local road to provide connectivity to several parcels, and widening and re-alignment of existing local roadways.; The third project connects Franklin Road to Ustick Road and will include approximately 1.25 miles of concrete paving of a new 5-lane highway, two overpasses, two bridges over Ten Mile Creek (one for SH-16 and one for a county road), and a new local road to provide connectivity to several parcels.
