Specifications include, but are not limited to: ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION Services; A. Contractor shall follow all building codes and regulations; B. Contractor shall maintain the required licenses to perform Electrical Installation Services throughout the duration of this Agreement. Failure to maintain the following required licenses shall result in termination of this Agreement: 1. License Requirement: Contractor State Licensing Board (CSLB) C-10, Electrical Contractor. C. Contractor shall supply a 50-amp 120/240 volt, single phase electrical feed to the Conex box in the secured parking lot. D. Contractor shall provide a 50-amp breaker for service to the Conex box (if needed). E. Contractor shall provide the electrical feed to originate from the designated panel in main building electrical room, or new sub-panel as required. F. Contractor shall run 1" conduit with three (3) #4AWG wire and one (1) #8AWG ground. Actual footage to be determined at bid walk.
