Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant Scope of Work 1. Kick-off Meeting: Facilitate kick-off meeting. Prepare meeting agenda and notes. 2. Ongoing Public Engagement: Develop outreach plan to be updated with project deliverables. Work with steering committee to implement comprehensive plan. 3. Existing Conditions Analysis: Review background planning documents and data, solicit input from The Bus and VTrans, work with RRPC to collect and analyze data. 4. Existing Conditions Meeting: facilitate existing conditions public meeting, collect feedback. 5. Opportunities and Concepts: Identify opportunities/challenges, prepare new route structure and physical improvements, develop matrix. 6. Opportunities and Concepts Meeting: facilitate public meeting, present finding, collect feedback. 7. Recommendations, Prioritization, and Implementation Plan: prioritize projects and develop implementation plan, present to steering committee. 8. Route Analysis Final Report: prepare final report, allow feedback from steering committee, submit final report
