Specifications include, but are not limited to: If the successful proposer has one or more existing contracts being administered by the AWWU Engineering Division, such contracts will continue as executed. However, the selected project management firm will not be assigned any project management responsibilities over projects resulting from those contracts. Further, the successful proposer will not be eligible to provide study, design or construction management services on new projects for which it provides project management services. Work consists of providing sufficient personnel and resources as requested by the AWWU Engineering Division to assist AWWU with managing and administering various water, wastewater and facility improvement projects through the study, design and/or construction phases. Duties required under this Contract may include, but may not be limited to, the following: • Manage projects under study, design, and/or construction.; • Provide personnel to AWWU Engineering in support of an assigned project.; It is intended that a successful proposer will be tasked with a combination of projects. However, depending upon individual estimated project cost and utility resources, an awarded contract could be limited to a single project. AWWU also reserves the right to task the successful proposer with a project(s) not currently identified. Specific projects have not been identified for assignment to the term contract project manager.; It is intended that a successful proposer will be tasked with a combination of projects. However, depending upon individual estimated project cost and utility resources, an awarded contract could be limited to a single project.; Contract Task Order (CTO) Assignments Each specific Contract Task Order (CTO) will be negotiated as to scope and fee and the Notice-to-Proceed will be made a binding part of the Term Contract. The Notice-toProceed will state the scope of the work, maximum fee allowable, and CTO start and completion dates.; It is expected that the selected proposers will perform more than one CTO during the contract period. However, AWWU does not guarantee any minimum amount to be paid under the Term Contract. AWWU does not anticipate exceeding $450,000.00 during the contract period. Furthermore, AWWU does not guarantee a minimum fee. Notice-toproceed for each project is subject to availability of funding for that project.
