Specifications include, but are not limited to: A contract with a Construction Management firm to provide Construction Management services (hereinafter the “CM”) for the State House HVAC Renovations. The primary objective of this project is to renovate the HVAC systems, including controls, for the State House located in Montpelier, Vermont. The goal of the project is to replace existing air handling units, some of which are approaching 50 years of age, including a summer boiler steam to hot water heat exchanger(s), pumps and completely new DDC control system to provide proper ventilation, temperature, and humidity control for this unique building. The project is being constructed in phases to avoid construction during the legislative session which runs from January through May.
