Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Salem seeks qualified bidders to supply Municipal Services-Public Works with traffic signal maintenance and emergency response for thirty (30) signalized intersections, nineteen (19) flashing lights, (15) fifteen (15) school zone/20 MPH lights and other related appurtenances. The duration of the contract will be for three (3) years, 2022 – 2024, with the Towns option of extending one (1) additional year. The contractor will provide the necessary time, material (unless otherwise supplied) and labor for the repair and maintenance to complete work as specified or directed by the Public Works Division. The contractor will also maintain a 24 hour available emergency response for the entirety of the contract with a response time of no greater than two (2) hours from point of notification
