Bid Package – A includes exterior roof improvements for re-coating approx. 52,250 sf of existing low sloped roofing and cladding of 600 lf of existing stone coping/trim with new metal coping/trim. Bid Package – B includes exterior improvements of selected areas for re-pointing of masonry, replacement of sealant joints, and refurbishment of window lintels. This package also includes interior work security improvements to the main entry lobby to meet requirements of DE House Bill 49 and HVAC improvements to add split system HVAC to the Lobby and administration spaces.; 1. Description: Removal of existing weak or deteriorated Gypsum-Concrete roof deck and replacement with USG Securock Gypsum-Concrete Patch (formerly Pyrofill) to match existing roof elevation.; 2. Unit of Measurement: Square foot (s.f.); 1. Description: Removal of existing weak or deteriorated Gypsum-Concrete roof deck including structural form board and replacement with 1-1/2” 20 GA. Type B Roof Deck installed to anchor to existing bar joists. Install 5/8” USG Securock brand Glass-Mat Roof Board (formboard) over metal deck.
