Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Scope of work to be performed a minimum of three times per week: 1. Clean entryway glass and threshold, inside and outside; 2. Sweep and dust mop all floors; 3. Scrub and disinfect all restroom floors and fixtures; 4. Replace supplies in restrooms in respective containers; 5. Empty waste receptacles; 6. Clean drinking fountains. B. Scope of work to be performed for each event held at the Civic Center: 1. Set up tables and chairs; 2. Clean immediately after each event; 3. Remove all trash; 4. Clean all floors after each event; 5. Have personnel present for each event in order to provide additional clean up, set up or other tasks that may be required during the event; 6. After each event, adjust HVAC units to 78 degrees; 7. Clean restrooms.
