Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Empty all trash receptacles. Replace liners, when needed. 2. Clean and empty all ashtrays and sand urns. 3. Spot clean areas around light switches. 4. Remove all gum and like material from carpets, floors, and furniture. 5. Restrooms: • Clean and sanitize all fixtures, bowls, urinals, sinks, showers, and saunas. Urinals, toilets, showers, and sinks shall be free of dirt, grime, residue and foreign matter and shall be odor free. Dispose of personal items left in the showers. • Polish mirrors, towel dispensers and wipe splatters from restroom walls. Mirrors and dispensers shall be free of dirt, grime, handprints and streaks or spots. • Refill toilet tissue, seat covers, towel, and soap dispensers. • Spot wash restroom walls, counters, partitions, and splash areas with disinfectant cleaner. • Mop restroom floors with disinfectant cleaner. Vendor shall provide signs and barriers in areas being mopped or waxed.
