Agency will contact vendor when they are ready for the first shipment. Vendor is to confirm quantity and delivery date with agency prior to shipping order. Vendor is to deliver remaining envelopes in shipments of approx. 75M envelopes to the State Postal Center as needed. The State Postal Center or Maine Revenue Services will contact vendor for delivery. Vendor is not to make any deliveries until confirming with the State Postal Center or Maine Revenue
