Specifications include, but are not limited to: Random Number Generator for Nevada Cannabis Licensing Rounds Use a RNG to determine which qualified applicants proceed to next phase of the process for all applicable cannabis licenses. Hold and conduct determination using a RNG in a transparent manner that creates trust among the public and cannabis industry, which may require members of the public to attend upon invitation. CCB will provide vendor with a unique data table of qualified applicants. The chosen vendor will not be responsible for designing and implementing the application process. The number of qualified applicants cannot be determined until after the application period closes. However, the CCB estimates receiving approximately 500 initial qualified applicants for the first licensing round applicable to this contract which is estimated to take place in the third quarter of 2022. Vendor will use a RNG to assign a unique identification number to each qualified applicant. Initially, vendor will use RNG to determine which ten (10) qualified applicants for independent cannabis consumption lounge licenses will proceed in the process.
