Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of the work which needs to be completed includes procuring all items listed in each of the bill of materials necessary to build 70 TPMS assemblies as well as an installation kit for each unit which will contain the interface wiring to each vehicle. All 70 units will need assembled, tested, and delivered to PRT.; The main assembly includes custom metal work that houses a section of DIN rail and a circular connector for interface to vehicle circuits. All metalwork and hardware is stainless steel. The SCU and CCU are mounted to the back of the assembly by 10/32 studs which are part of the metalwork. The circuit breakers, terminal blocks and PTU port need to be placed on the DIN rail and wired according to the wiring diagram. A to/from list also specified the wire routes. Each panel needs to be verified before applying power to ensure proper wiring. Once the assembly is complete it will need to be packaged with an installation kit and delivered to PRT.; The installation kit will contain a prewired push button, partially populated T1 connector, mounting hardware and wire labels. The pushbutton will need to be prewired with four (4) 48inch lengths of 22AWG LSZH wire. The 4 wires from the switch will need to be soldered and covered with shrink tube the other end will be left unterminated for the installer to trim and install the circular connector pins. Wire labels will loosely be placed on the wires and the installer will shrink in place. The remaining 7 18AWG LSZH wires will be terminated to the T1 connector (positions J, K, H, B, A, r, and C) with 50” lengths of wire and wire labels loosely installed. The other end will be left unterminated for the installer to trim and install the corresponding vehicle interface.
