The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and tools required to maintain all equipment listed in this document in a fully functional and proper operating condition and may be asked to assist with services and/or repairs to other IDOA facilities mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment not specifically listed. A fully functional and proper operating condition is defined as that level of performance which provides comfort to facility occupants, meets all standards and regulations involving OSHA codes and any other applicable code wherein a system may contain components or parts covered under a separate code. All systems inspections shall conform to the applicable code and standards for that device and its appurtenant parts, devices, and components. 1. Mechanical systems – All mechanical system repair and maintenance work will be performed in accordance with ASME standards current to the release of this document, are recommended by manufacturer or as directed by the Owner. 2. Hydronic Systems – All hydronic system repair and maintenance work will be performed in accordance with ASME standards current to the release of this document.
