Specifications include, but are not limited to: As part of various construction activities, particularly road reconstruction / rehabilitation projects, construction materials need to be tested for quality assurance and compliance to standards. The services requested shall be provided, “as needed”, usually within eight (8) hours of notification by the City. Normally, the City would call for testing early in the morning of the day the service is requested. Service requested would be provided either on- site or in your laboratory, depending upon the specific type of test to be conducted. The intent of this quote is to identify one vendor, as well as a backup vendor for possible future use by the City on various projects over a one (1) year period of time.
