This project shall include the sandblasting and painting at Riverside Pool- 1801 N. 1st St. and detailed specification information is included in the Riverside Pool Sandblasting and Painting Specification.; 2. Dimensions of the Existing Pool and Wading Pool surfaces are listed below and shown on the attached map.; Main Pool: Pool Walls: approx. 2,620 sf; Pool bottom slab: approx. 13,700 sf; Pool Total: approx. 16,320 sf; Wading Pool: Wading pool walls: 135 sf.; Wading pool bottom slab: 450 sf; Wading Pool Total: 585 sf; 3. Any deletions, variations, or exceptions to the specifications must be submitted with the bid.; 4. All damages to the streets, driveways, berms, etc. due to Contractor’s construction techniques shall be repaired at the Contractor’s expense prior to making final payment.; 5. The unit price shall include freight charges.
