Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove the existing HVAC system and replace with a new ground mounted packaged unit, ductwork, fan powered boxes with electric heat, air devices, exhaust fans, and control system. 2. Remove the existing mechanical yard and expand with a new mechanical yard and screened wall. 3. Remove the existing ceilings and replace with new lay-in and gypboard. 4. Upgrade the building electrical service to accommodate the new HVAC equipment and provide new lighting. 5. Modify the existing waste system for the sinks in a lab room along with moving the existing electric water heater to be code compliant. Revise the routing of the existing roof drains near the mechanical yard to accommodate the new mechanical yard. 6. Provide conditioned storage for the existing FFE within the building for the duration of the project. The contractor is responsible for moving the FFE into the storage area and back to the building.
