Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional Photography services supplied to the college for Commencement 2022- 2026. Each year the college hosts one commencement ceremony in May. (Please include scope of services including number of photographers guaranteed and public relations photo usage and offerings). Photo's will be offered at both Grad Fest events, appointments are necessary. Vendor will take photo's at the DDC (Dunkin Donut Center) of the graduate with their diploma cover as they exit the stage, as well as PR (Public Relations) and step and repeat photo's after the ceremony ends at the concourse level of DDC. 2. Detailed scope of services to graduates and procedures (ie: mail/email each graduate in attendance photo proofs, include time frame of arrival of both proofs and purchases). 3. Selection of photo packages offered to each graduate in attendance. 4. Guarantee of students’ privacy. 5. Any rebate offered to CCRI. Rebate of per graduate for whom a valid address is received. 6. Any other special amenities offered to CCRI. 7. Approximate Graduates at 750.
