Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified entities for production and delivery of digitally recorded instructional materials for Texas public schools. The awarded contractor will produce and deliver digitally recorded instructional materials. Local school districts and openenrollment charter schools submit orders for instructional materials to TEA using the electronic instructional materials ordering system (currently known as EMAT). The awarded contractor must agree to use the system or other TEA-specified system to track incoming orders and enter information about completion of orders for digitally recorded materials. The awarded contractor must correctly submit invoices in the TEA ordering system for payment vouchers to be generated. Long-term storage, safekeeping, and security for digitally recorded master files will be entrusted to the awarded contractor. The files and materials are the exclusive property of TEA and must only be used as directed by TEA. If a master file is damaged or destroyed, the contractor will be responsible for replacing the master file at the contractor’s expense.
