Specifications include, but are not limited to: A household hazardous waste collection operation at the Salem N.H. Public Works Garage at 21 Cross Street open to residents (non-commercial) of the Town of Salem, New Hampshire on a Saturday to be determined in September and/or October of 2022 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The work of this contract consists of receiving, analyzing, sorting, consolidating, packaging, transporting and disposing of household hazardous wastes for the Town of Salem N.H., population approximately 30,000. A summary of participation and quantity collected for the last five years are presented below. These numbers are estimates, collected unofficially, and no indication or guarantee of future participation or quantities to be collected.
