Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a grant to an organization that can provide Court Diversion and Pretrial Services to Caledonia and Essex Counties. The AGO seeks consistency in the delivery of high-quality services around the State. The Grantee shall 1. Provide to the State by August 1 a plan, on a form provided by the State, designed to improve the quality of services, for review and approval by the State; 2. Email the State confirmation that records in the case management system are current for all activities as of the final day of the previous quarter and a report documenting Civil DLS cases by July 5, October 5, January 5, and April 5; 3. Survey Diversion program participants and victims of cases referred to Diversion using surveys provided by the State; 4. Obtain an independent financial review or audit, alternating annually, a) The review or audit must clearly segregate and report Court Diversion and Pretrial Services revenue sources and amounts and Court Diversion and Pretrial Services expense items and amounts; b) Any fee revenue that is not expended during the fiscal year and unexpended fee revenue from past years shall be recorded as deferred revenue, specific to Diversion/Tamarack, in the audit or review; c) Any restitution cash balances must be accompanied by an aging report to include, at a minimum, the periods of 60 days, two years, and four years or more, with a statement affirming the grantee has an itemized list detailing to whom the money belongs; 5. Return to the State any deferred fee revenue upon termination or non-renewal of this grant
