Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of a 2,476 square foot administrative and entry addition to the Tri-Central Elementary School and the renovation of the old administrative area. The new addition will include a new modern entry with a canopy and large entry vestibule for security. The new administrative area will include a waiting area, two work stations, 3 offices, a child resting area, and a file storage room. The project also includes the renovation to the adjacent classroom to allow for a large conference room, staff restrooms, a kitchenette and three time-out rooms. The old office area will be renovated into a teacher's work room with cabinets and storage. The nurse's area will be renovated as well to include a larger restroom with a shower. There is one alternate to renovate the existing restrooms adjacent to the new administrative area by placing the sinks into the hallway and refinishing the restrooms.
