Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1 SCADA Technical Services and Support On-Site Services: Prescheduled on-site technical SCADA services for the Utility’s SCADA system hardware, and communication equipment, including operational verifications. 3.2.2 PLC Technical Service and Support On-Site Services: Prescheduled on- site technical services for PLC hardware, firmware, programs and operator interfaces including operational verifications. 3.2.3 Onsite Start Up and Commissioning SCADA system start up and commissioning of SCADA systems installed by others, including, but not limited to, communications, alarming, in-plant and field facility control systems, reporting, energy management, and water quality management. The successful proposer will work from AWWU provided control narratives or may be asked to provide control narratives in conjunction with the work performed. 3.2.4 Process Equipment Support On-site Services: Prescheduled on-site technical services for but not limited to control-area networks, valve operators, motor control centers, motor drives, process instrumentation and equipment associated with process systems. 3.2.5 Security and Asset Management The successful proposer will be a participant in AWWU’s Industrial Control System’s asset management system. The successful proposer is expected to follow and adherer to established physical plant and control system security measures and policies.
