Specifications include, but are not limited to: As Indiana University and the Indianapolis health care market continue to evolve, the university seeks to enhance and strengthen the partnership between the Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) and IU Health. This project will include a new vision for IUSM which houses academic medical education and research. The potential site is in proximity to the existing IU Neuroscience Building located at 16th Street and Senate Avenue in Indianapolis. The building will include: 1. Offices: Administrative offices, faculty offices, and post-doc and graduate open workspaces will be provided to support the teaching and research efforts. 2. Classrooms: (2) 200 seat tiered active learning spaces, (8) 50 seat classrooms, (32) 12 seat classrooms, and (6) 8 seat breakout rooms. 3. Medical Education Labs 4. General Facility Functions 5.
