Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (Authority) is seeking a lead air service development consultancy that can develop well-targeted approaches in persuading air carriers to enhance current and add new air service to Las Vegas. Additional services include but are not limited to (i) efforts to maintain current air capacity and increase direct service whenever possible, (ii) identify, partner, and promote new air service projects that deliver increased air capacity into Clark County, and (iii) provide detailed data and analysis to support marketing-focused decisions for use in targeting advertising initiatives along with providing the Las Vegas resort industry with strategic data pertaining to the airline industry. Air service development work includes but is not limited to annual strategic planning, coordination with Harry Reid International Airport to maximize joint carrier outreach efforts, forecasting development for carriers, and leveraging senior level airline staff relationships. Authority currently has a contract with an air service development consultancy that has been providing services dating back to 2015. The consultancy would work directly with Authority marketing staff on all air service development efforts.
