Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Sit Visit: During a single visit, the successful Vendor shall perform all lawn care services as listed below. The site visit shall be billed for each location as agreed upon at the cost per cut rate herein. 4.1.1.1 Mowing and trimming services. Turf grass shall be mowed and trimmed no shorter than 2” and no taller than 3” except as otherwise indicated herein; edging shall be performed around the along all walkways at each location. A “Stick Edger” should be preferred method of edging. A definable, clean cut and even edge between the sidewalks and lawn area must be established and maintained. Vendor shall trim around buildings and other objects, including fence-lines, sidewalks, playgrounds, parking lots and other items within the boundaries of the properties to be cut to ensure a uniform appearance at each location. 4.1.1.2 Litter and debris shall be removed around dumpsters, parking lots and parking right of way entry (prior approval to dump litter and debris on County property or in dumpsters shall be cleared through the County Representative). Prior to mowing, the area to be mown will have all trash and debris removed by the Vendor. Once mowing is complete, any trash or debris mowed over shall be picked up by Vendor. All litter and debris must be picked up and disposed of prior to leaving the worksite.
