This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd, Bldg. 242, and Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205-6222 intends to acquire water utility services in support of Cavalier Air Force Station, ND for a six (6) month period (01 February 2018 - 31 July 2018) in accordance with the attached specifications.

Water Utilities Services at Cavalier AFS, ND. Contractor shall provide potable water utilities to Cavalier AFS, ND in accordance with the Potable Water Service Specifications A-1, dated 12 Jan 2018. The period of performance will be for six (6) months, from 01 February 2018 - 31 July 2018. The requirement is for approximately 2,500 KGal of water per month and a total of 15,000 KGal for the term of the contract. |

This acquisition is full and open on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation reference number is FA4659-18-Q-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and single-source justification and approval are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems and the size standard is $27.5Million. This is a sole-source purchase to Northeast Regional Water District. Any other offerors who can provide this service must provide a capabilities statement to 319th CONF by the due date below.
