Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials & equipment for construction per bidding documents (dwg’s & project spec/manual). The construction shall be compliant with IBC, RI Building Code and UFC as required for: 1) back-up emergency generators (diesel) (Generac only) on new steel reinforced concrete pads with protective concrete filled yellow plastic covered bollards with automatic transfer switches. 2) Replacing existing electrical supply service to accommodate new ATS to enable base buildings to be supplied with power from generator and all related needed utilities including fire alarm (remote annunciators & alarm modules) needs to service the needs of four occupied office type buildings and two unoccupied warehouse type buildings. 3) The base well water pump house and a 800 MHz Coventry Police communications tower at the RIARNG Coventry Base. 4) Included in the construction Contractor to provide manufacturer start-up and generator load testing. 5) The Contractor will furnish per plans and specifications for complete functional electrical supply infrastructure
