The Rosebud Sioux Tribe (RST) is seeking bids for a carnival operator to provide high quality, safe rides, food booths, games and other amusements during the 146th Annual Rosebud Fairand Wacipi. The dates of service will be on August 24th, 2022 – August 28th, 2022. The locatio nof the carnival is on the Rosebud Fairgrounds in Rosebud, South Dakota. The area is all grass.The carnival operator must provide all electricity for the carnival operation via generator. All carnival personnel shall park outside of the carnival area in designated parking areas. Allsupport equipment, including but not limited to trucks and trailers, shall be parked off-site forthe duration of the event. The carnival operator will provide midway insurance. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe will provide adequate security protection on the midway for the duration of the event.
