Explore ways Workforce Solutions entities can add value to the decision-making process when employers are contemplating Texas as a potential site to expand or locate their businesses; and 2. Identify data necessary to unlock insights for economic development entities seeking a healthy and robust workforce now, and in the future, and explore the data available from TWC and other state agencies that might be used for this purpose; and 3. Explore ways for Texas to differentiate itself from other states by providing unmatched service when establishing new industries; and 4. Explore the value of rural workforce by examining ways it can be bolstered through expanded educational/training opportunities and highlighted for its strength and diversity; and 5. Share best practices with workforce partners across the State.
