Specifications include, but are not limited to: placement of one 20 ft. culvert pipe with headwalls near the beginning of driveway (closest to Harmony Drive) in order to address standing water near entrance. Removal of trees, brush/slash and stumps within the area designated for driveway, parking lot and restrooms; removal and stockpiling of topsoil and organic materials onsite for any necessary use. Grading and compacting gravel base for driveway and parking lot and creating perimeter infiltration trenches; installation of specified roadmat for stabilization of finishing layer of gravel/ledgepack within the designated area for driveway and parking lot, application and compaction of finished layer of gravel/ledgepack over same roadmat in same areas and the forming/pouring of concrete monolithic slab for restroom structure leaving access covers for tank uncovered and functioning.
