Specifications include, but are not limited to: Evaluate expansion of the existing Addison County Community Transportation Center (ACCTC) to provide: • maximized facility space for covered, heated fleet parking. Of our mixed fleet of vans, cutaways and commuter buses, the largest buses are approximately 39’ long. Project must preserve exterior lot circulation so buses can still drive around the building. • maximized rooftop solar array. • required on-site parking per zoning regulations for employees and visitors, including accessible spots The following need to be among the considerations when determining feasibility for the ACCTC expansion (not an exhaustive list): • permitting • design aesthetic of existing ACCTC • required site work • electrical system upgrades/integration with existing systems • draft budget to complete the project (see example on page 5) *
