Specifications include, but are not limited to: ACSO is seeking information to develop its options for eventually purchasing an Inmate Communication Vendor system to be utilized in the Ada County Jail. With the solution, ACSO expects to achieve the following goals: 1. Decrease workload of staff 2. Streamline process of grievance/electronic inmate request forms (E-IRF) 3. Increase reliability of monitoring live phone calls, and video visits in real time 4. Ability to automatically transcribe phone calls and video visits to a Word style program 5. Improve efficiency with flagging inmate messages based on the presence of key words 6. Improve efficiency with manually adjusting locations of authorized calls by inmates 7. Ability to scan incoming mail offsite and load documents directly into inmate’s account 8. Enhance inmate education via tablets or kiosks
