Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Improve system usability and Reduce "clunkiness" of the system: a. Eliminate the need for multiple username/password combinations due to existence of multiple ecommerce systems; b. Improve the user experience by implementing mobile‐friendly versions for certain priority products/services; c. Reduce barriers to use by implementing a guest‐checkout option on certain priority products/services; 2. Achieve a single enterprise ecommerce system: a. Host all products/services on a single ecommerce system.; b. Ensure appropriate usage of the system for new products requested; c. Reduce the ecommerce application portfolio where possible. Improves the user experience, reduces maintenance associated, reduces costs.; 1. Implement toolsets to track defined metrics: a. Identify metrics that can be measured & reported upon. Deliver toolsets to view these metrics.; b. Ex: Site usage, unique user count, revenue; 2. Identify processes for improvement, document current and future state: a. Processes properly documented and improved where we can and/or should; 3. Operationalize & ensure sustainability of the future state processes: a. Ensure the future state workflows and toolsets designed as part of this project can be sustained and maintained by internal staff post‐project.; b. Achieved through thorough documentation and training.
