Specifications include, but are not limited to: Product Specifications: 1. Vinyl floor tile to be Toli Kareina Asento - 7023 Sahara Coast Maple, or similar that may be accepted by the contract administrator prior to bidding. 2. Modular carpet tile to be Shaw - Fractured Scuplt 54872, or similar I that may be accepted by the contract administrator prior to bidding. 3. Cove base to be rubber 4-inch Johnsonite Fawn color, or similar that may be accepted by the contract administrator prior to bidding. Scope of Work: 1. AHFC may purchase flooring from the successful bidder, but not request installation. AHFC reserves the right to have AHFC staff install product at any time. 2. Contractor must be able to complete installation within 14 days of request. 3. All non-stocked materials must be available within 30 days of an order. 4. Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. 5. The length of contract will be for two (2) years, with three (3) one year renewal periods. 6. Contract administrator will be Kyle Schmitz, Mike Phelps and Lisa Corcoran may authorize work under this contract as well.
