Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goals and required components for each Shared Services Alliance awarded under this RFA are specified in this section of the RFA. Grantees will have access to shared services experts and TWC staff who will provide technical support to help them fully build out their program model and implementation plan. Upon reviewing the goals and required components for funded Shared Services Alliances specified in the RFA, each Applicant will describe the following in the Application under the corresponding Work Plan section for Program Model and Implementation: • How Eligible Child Care Providers will be engaged in the initial planning period to secure their buy-in for the stated goals and components; • How the Grantee plans to achieve the stated goals and the required components, while continuing to actively support and involve Eligible Child Care Providers throughout the subsequent implementation of the Shared Services Alliance; and • Any anticipated challenges with the goals and required components for the Shared Services Alliance specified in the RFA, and potential solutions to these challenges.
