Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware Department of Education (DDOE or State) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (Vendor) to supply Single Sign On, Account Synchronization, and Data Rostering products and services. The replacement, which is the subject of this Request for Proposal (RFP), is referred to as Education Access or “EdAccess”. This procurement will be used to: ▪ Provide a solution that allows multi-tenant authentication to accommodate both state and locally purchased applications. ▪ Provide a solution that can append authentication tokens with data from the state’s authentication system through API call ▪ Provide a solution that synchronizes accounts from multiple sources for state and local instances ▪ Provide a solution that supports both Ed-Fi and IMS One Roster interoperability data standards for data rostering purposes ▪ Provide a solution that provides the state and local educational agencies with reporting capabilities to examine usage and return on investment
