Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5. Remove and replace trim around windows on scale building with the same size framing/trim to accommodate re-use of the existing windows.; 6. Remove and install existing windows with new commercial framing and metal channels. Window frames will be fabricated onsite.; 7. Board up windows if necessary, with ¾” Plywood and 2x4 lumber bolted through window opening.; 8. All new lumber is to be painted and will match existing scale house color.; 9. If during demolition stage, additional damage or wood deterioration is noted, contractor will contact Facilities Analyst to determine next steps.; 10. Properly dispose of any debris, packing and equipment as per County regulations, and ensure that area is always clean and in a safe condition.; 11. Provide manufacturer’s product warranty at completion of project as well as a 1-year Workmanship warranty
