Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Installation of New Croquet Court Lawn and Raised Timber Bocce Court Construction. Incidental to these improvements are the installation of erosion control measures, lawn installation and repairs, maintenance and replanting of existing Raingarden, and all work necessary to complete the project to the acceptance of the Town.; Croquet Court: Including all Site Preparation, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Measures, Earthwork and Grading to subgrade, installation of new and/or amended Loam, and Seeding Work, including all incidental work required for successful construction of the new Croquet Court. ; Rain Garden Repair and Maintenance: Including removal and disposal of accumulated sediments, excavation, installation of new Bioretention Soil Filter Medium, and Seeding with native coastal meadow seed mix, including all incidental work required for successful repair and maintenance of the raingarden. ; Bocce Court: Including Site Preparation and Excavation of Bocce Court area, grading to subgrade (including site grading around court area as specified), installation of filter fabric and crushed stone sub‐base, Wood Timber Bocce Court Structure, fabrication, and anchorage, crushed stone base and setting bed, and Bocce Court Surfacing, including all incidental work required for successful construction of new bocce court.
