Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construct a new two-story, 11,200 sq.ft. classroom, office, and laboratory building at 11305 Glacier Highway, Juneau Alaska. The Work includes a steel-framed structure with an exterior-insulated, wood and metal clad building envelope, with coated steel canopies and timber decks. Windows are aluminum, curtainwall, and storefront. The building is designed to maximize energy efficiency and will be heated and cooled by an air-source heat pump and heat recovery ventilation system. The work includes a facility power generator. Sitework includes paved drive and parking area for 12 vehicles, and accessible access at grade for both stories between the new building and the Anderson building
