Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installation and maintenance of sediment and erosion control. Clearing and grubbing of impact area. Traffic control (by town). Removal and disposal of existing culvert. Installation of new bridge, including bridge rail, to be installed compliant with NHDOT standard specifications for 35 miles per hour. Road reconstruction according to design plans. Implementation of storm water management improvements. Coordination in conjunction with Town, with utility companies as needed for construction. Coordination with Town Engineer (Right Angle Engineering, PLLC) for field observations, material testing, and input during of construction. Provide Form 4 for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) structural load certification for HS-25 or HL-93 load rating, or coordinate with Town Engineer to provide this information. Coordination with Town and Engineer for project scheduling.
