Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1. Contractor shall conduct an investigation(s) related to professional conduct allegations per the Council's direction and report to the Executive Director or designee; 2.2.2.Contractor shall prepare a detailed investigative report, in writing, outlining the findings and facts of any assigned investigation(s); 2.2.3.Contractor's report shall be thorough and authored in a manner consistent with currently acceptable best-practices for law enforcement investigative reports; 2.2.4.Contractor shall provide additional follow-up investigation(s) as deemed necessary by the Executive Director or designee and report these findings in either the original investigative report or a supplemental report format; 2.2.5.Contractor will complete any assigned investigation(s) and submit a final report to the Council's Executive Director, prior to the end of the contract term; 2.2.6.Contractor agrees to consult, and report information affiliated with a completed investigation to the Executive Director or designee, post report, at mutually agreeable times prior to the end of the contract term; 2.2.7.Contractor shall assist in the development of a long-term program strategy in consult with the Professional Regulation Subcommittee, the Executive Director, and Academy staff.; 2.2.8.Per statutory requirements, contractor shall sign a confidentiality agreement and operate within the bounds of that agreement.
