Specifications include, but are not limited to: Modular Vehicle Barrier Specifications: 1. Barriers must be certified to ASTM‐F2656‐15. 2. Barriers must be certified to ASTM/PAS 68 & IWA standards. 3. Barrier System must be modular and adaptable to any road width. 4. Spacing between barriers must be 21”. 5. Each complete MVB3X unit must weigh less than 55 lbs. 6. Each unit dimensions: L~46.5”, W~21”, H~32”. 7. Tools shall not be required. System is to be assembled with common pins. 8. Barriers must have the ability to be folded for transportation. 9. Barriers must be made available to the Delaware National Guard in three distinct color options – Standard Yellow, Safety Orange or other color defined by the Delaware National Guard. 10. Delaware National Guard property tag labelling service must be made available as part of this package.
